Happy Thanksgiving

We hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We sure did. You can probably tell by the dinner table!

Our friends Gina, Phil and Sable came over. It was a fun, relaxing day and unseasonably warm!

Hospital

On Monday night, Brandon and I toured St. Luke's Roosevelt hospital. There were a LOT of expecting ladies and their husbands on the tour! Our guide showed us the regular rooms, private rooms, and birthing center. Everyone was very nice and helpful. It did get a little boring, but snacks were provided later on. LOL! I tend to build things up in my mind, so actually seeing that everything looked pretty regular was very helpful!

What's going on

be the entertainment... Our first baby present: a bassinette from our friend Kristin's sister-in-law

Now instead of just feeling pregnant, I look pregnant!

IT'S A BOY!!!

Checkup

All is well! Unfortunately, no new ultrasound was taken, so we are still just Baby Kolmetz. But I did gain 3 pounds and got to hear the heartbeat for the first time! That was exciting! More to come after the visit to the hospital next week.

18 week pic

I've definitely felt some changes take place this week! My stomach has popped out and I've felt some moving and bubbling going on. Sleeping and turning over is getting a little uncomfortable. Other than that, the nausea is subsiding and hopefully the doctor will tell me Tuesday that I have gained a few pounds!
